Quay Property Consultants is independent and privately owned, and offers objective and completely impartial advice while providing its clients with discretion and anonymity.

The company was founded by John May, a highly successful property developer who spends his time looking after his group of companies in UK, Spain and Dubai. John saw the gap for a company offering bespoke building and construction consultancy services through his work with individuals and corporate entities, many of whom wanted a broader service than just that of a construction company.

He realised he could leverage his intimate knowledge of construction and his contacts borne through years of work in these regions, alongside his reputation as a reliable, diligent and high achieving constructor/developer, in order to add a full property consultancy to the service he was offering his clients.

Quay Property Consultants has since built a solid reputation through word-of-mouth and recommendations as a company that can help with every aspect of planning, building and improving property in Surrey, London, Marbella, Gibraltar and Dubai.
